Hayden Whittenbarger placed 20th (out of 247 runners) in 17:38 in the New Prairie Invitational to lead the Braves to 13th place out of 32 teams Saturday in the AA race for midsize schools. Hudson Krull finished 35th in 18:08 on the tough, hilly New Prairie course. Maddux Miller was third man in 63rd (18:47), Harry Gunsett fourth man in 86th (19:17), and Ethan Curtis fifth man in 104th (19:41).
