BELLMONT HS ATHLETICS

As the smallest school in the big school division of the Wildcat Invitational at Indiana Wesleyan University Saturday, the Braves had their work cut out for them. Adding to the challenge were the eight teams in the field that are ranked among the top 30 in the state. The Braves took 20th in the meet and were led by Hayden Whittenbarger, who--despite the heat--established a new personal best of 17:02. Hudson Krull (18:06), Maddux Miller (18:11), Harry Gunsett (19:09), and Ethan Curtis (19:12) rounded out the team's scoring.
